Breaking habits

I’ve been in Los Angeles a little over a week, and it’s been all about breaking habits.

First, I’m not in my normal surrounding which brings a sense of being a fish out of the water. I love getting that experience, because it makes me grateful for the amazing things I have in my life back home , but it also makes me realize what I want more of. Los Angeles has that impact on me, a way of cracking my mind open. Despite the difficulties people are facing in this city and in the entertainment industry, they still carry a strong sense that Everything is possible. That plus the spiritual movement here, and the fact that most people do personal development work, together it just busts my system open. I get energized, dig deep, get inspired, and pumped up to get back home and live a better life.

Secondly, I had a session with a coach who walked into my life at the perfect timing. I’ve been looking for something really specific, and there she was. The work we did this week was at a deeper level all about breaking habits. We all carry things, habits, patterns or learnt behavior that limits us, the question we all can face is whether or not we are willing to free ourselves of them. Because what it all comes down to is whether or not we want to live the life of our dreams. And I do.
