This week one sentence has echoed in my mind. A phrase John Lee Dumas often says on his podcast EO Fire.
You either say HELL YES or HELL NO.
Because the thing is, if you say yes to something you will have to say no to something else.
It’s so useful to ask this whenever one faces a decision. It doesn’t really matter if it’s work related or if it’s a personal matter. Asking what we need to turn down or say no to when we say yes to something clarifies the matter. It clarifies not just our priorities, but also what our hearts and souls desire. Does this FEEL right to you? And then state it loud and clear.
